Completeness scores #90

On the IODE side, we will be analysing the completeness of the records that the ODIS partners are submitting. From this, there'll be a score (like a percentage) for each record indicating its completeness.

On the UI/UX side, we need that score to be picked up and visualised near each record.

For example: image

We should also have an info button or something like "about these scores", that links to a page (IODE to create) explaining what the scores are and how they're calculated. This is our "richness" in the FAIR sense.

@fils @jmckenna @arnounesco that info page would link to wherever we keep the templates against which the completeness is measured against.

To keep this simple and maintainer-friendly, I'd like that to be the existing book pages, where we can define the expected content of a type's JSON-LD file above the full specification from schema.org.

When one of those templates is updated, the whole chain should be updated
