SCRO_Ford uses inconsistent prefix definitions for iof-scro and iof-core #96

They're inconsistent with the ontologies themselves. For example it has @prefix iof-scro: https://www.industrialontologies.org/ontology/supplychain/SupplyChain/ . and the ontology itself uses: @prefix iof-scro: https://spec.industrialontologies.org/ontology/supplychain/SupplyChain/ .

The prefix for iof-core uses purl. instead of spec.
