Make sure radio cannot be enabled by contestants #50

We should make sure that contestants are not able to start up Bluetooth or WiFi. We should also consider disabling the camera.

According to dmesg I think it is impossible for the contestants to startup the WiFi or Bluetooth.

It will be possible for a user to use the WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities of the contestant machine in the future. On current Ubuntu 22.04, it does not work. On current Ubuntu 23.04, the Bluetooth works, and by updating the kernel to 6.4.0, the WiFi also starts to work.

Merged the changes specifically to native branch, which will be used for the contest. (I am reluctant to apply the change to master, as it makes no sense to merge it into published-vm branch)
