Do not install openssh-server in setup.sh #65

The automatic installation already takes care of installing openssh-server, so don't do it in setup.sh as it is redundant.

I would prefer not requiring autoinstall for now. This would be the first real such change. (it would be useful to ditch a large part of creating the user ioi)

Do you use the autoinstall script, @baltitenger ? If everyone uses it, then it would be more than okay to fully migrate.

I'm not sure what autoinstall script you're talking about... (I'm not too familiar with ubuntu)
