Description: After I tried to update the packages in a project I realized that it was out of date with respect to the Serilog versions and I checked the adjustment of some breakings changes reported.

Changes: Dependency increase from .Net Framework 4.6 to 4.6.2 Serilog 2.8.0 to 3.1.1 Serilog.Sinks.Http 5.1.0 to 8.0.0 Package version update to 1.0.8

Only after I opened it that I realized there was already another #15 with the same idea.
