Make options screens friendlier #23

Two things really bother me:

1) It's not obvious that you have to press select on the bottom row "Set
Options" to get your changes to stick.

2) You can't open an options screen to see how something is set, then exit
it without going all the way to the bottom.

I spent enough time on this to see that Bananas doesn't make it easy to do
a true Tivo-like options screen. I think it could still be done, possibly
BananasPlus could help a little.

Definitely a pain (I started on this several times, and never finished),
but would be nice.

Option-ish Tivo screens do this:

"Save these options" at the top, full bar button. Left from here jumps down to
"Don't save" button at bottom, then exits. Right or select saves options.

Options in the middle, small bars with left/right to change option. Select on
one of
these jumps up to the save button.

"Don't save" button at the bottom, full bar button. Left/right/select all exit
with
no change.
