A couple of people on this thread
(http://tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=400261&page=3) have requested
looking for cover.jpg.  Maybe it's more useful than I thought.

For a first pass, I think I'll just look for folder.jpg and cover.jpg when no
embedded art is found.

Done right, this check would be done both during startup and during the 
on-access scan.

This will slow startup down somewhat, particularly for people who have no cover 
art
anywhere.  Maybe I'll also have a way to turn it off.
