Screen blanking options don't work reliably #3

As reported by Charles:

I deleted my Harmonium preferences file, and completely reinstalled
Harmonium 0.7 and I'm still getting the screensaver problem. I'll
investigate a little more and see if it will honor other settings or if
its just "OFF" that's giving me trouble.

It looks like Harmonium will honor my pref when I have it set to blank
after 1 minute. Any other setting will cause Harmonium to blank after 5
minutes.

Revision 93299f393b fixes one issue I've verified: when we get the Tivo's idle 
event
(having nothing to do with our own inactivity timer), we were kicking on the
screensaver regardless of the user's selected option.

Hopefully fixing that leads to better error reports, if nothing else.

That revision also adds a bunch of related debug logging to help track this 
down.
