We will (hopefully) soon release a new matchms version that contains sparse score arrays and a novel Pipeline class to handle typical workflows.

This will require a few changes of Spec2Vec.

model parameter must also allow file name as input
change code examples in Spec2Vec documentation (some are anyway a bit outdated).
add tests using the matchms Pipeline
