MV-3: hide button when mouse is moving #5

  1. When the slider bar is closed, hide the button that opens it if the mouse is moving. The button should reaper if the mouse was inactive for at least 1000 miliseconds.

  2. Add a transition to the slide bar when closing and opening. you can use this web site to find a nice transition that match our design https://cubic-bezier.com

so i wanna to jingolo bingolo , i make the navbar button show when the mouse is on topside 5% of the page and make it hide when the mouse is under, capis ? my argument is boring to show it when the mouse don't move we wanna speed. All due respect thanks for wasting your time .
