desync while using autocrystal and other modules #292

When sometimes using autocrystalrewrite module with other modules like surround, or future strafe, you desync and it will freeze for a few seconds before autocrystal starts again

I see this bug a lot of 2b2tpvp, sometimes on other servers. While autocrystal is active autosurround will not work very well.

What I think should happen is that you don't get rubberbanded from desyncing and you should be able to use autocrystal and autosurround simultaneously.

change your surround blocks per tick to 2
