I solve it. You need download the latest binary, which means you should use "curl" command. If you have network problem when using "curl -L https://github.com/ionet-official/io_launch_binaries/raw/main/io_net_launch_binary_mac -o io_net_launch_binary_mac", try to add "185.199.108.133 raw.githubusercontent.com 185.199.109.133 raw.githubusercontent.com 185.199.110.133 raw.githubusercontent.com 185.199.111.133 raw.githubusercontent.com" to your hosts file.
