Error: device code authorization returned: Bad Request #56

It's Bad Request on Windows terminal, but fine on PowerShell and CMD. however, the nvidia-msi report an error on both PowerShell and CMD:

nvidia-smi.exe
Failed to initialize NVML: Unknown Error

And wierdly, nvidia-msi can work well on the Windows Terminal, which outputs: image

so, as a result, I have no terminal that can do a successful launch.
