Make the Base Application page examples consistent with the other pages. #51

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. All of the code on the base application page is done in bullet points unlike all the other pages which use the actual code formatting.

Describe the solution you'd like Change these to use the same formatting as the other pages.
