I created a project to try Ionic Vue, i get the following error when I want to start the project with the given "start id"

[ERROR] template must not be empty.
and install ionic/cli cordova res, write "ionic start --start-id wa3K A5jt" show error.
5.Try this ionic start vuetest --start-id wa3K A5jt, Show error:
[ERROR] No such app wa3K. This app configuration may have expired. Please retry at https://ionicframework.com/start
[ERROR] Invalid start schema: cannot start app.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'ionicframework.com/start#vue'
Write name and select theme color
View ; npm install -g @ionic/cli cordova-res ionic start --start-id wa3K A5jt
and install ionic/cli cordova res, write "ionic start --start-id wa3K A5jt" show error. 5.Try this ionic start vuetest --start-id wa3K A5jt, Show error: [ERROR] No such app wa3K.
