Clarify NPM requirement #196

The existing list of three things required to use Capacitor is confusing because it implies that Capacitor is compatible with other package managers which use package.json such as PNPM or Yarn. Updated to clarify the current reality.

this is not true, there are a lot of people using pnpm and yarn in their Capacitor apps without problems
