docs: Add note for fully setting up Xcode #272

When I tried adding capacitor for creating an iOS app, I followed every instructions in the docs but the terminal keep throwing me this error when running the npx cap add ios:

        A required plugin failed to load. Please ensure system content is up-to-date — try running 'xcodebuild
        -runFirstLaunch'.

As the output of the error suggested, I run xcodebuild -runFirstLaunch and then the npx cap add ios worked flawlessly, so I decided to add this to the documentation for other to be aware of this.
