SSL is deprecated

Thanks for the PR, docs content have been moved to https://github.com/ionic-team/capacitor-docs/issues

If you think the change is still relevant you can send a new PR there

But as I see it, most places are using SSL and TLS as synonyms as TLS is an update of SSL.
