Use with IONIC 1 #129

Hello Team,

We are using IONIC 1 and we are facing the cursor issue with "ionic-plugin-keyboard". Just want to confirm if we can use this new plugin with IONIC 1.

Everything should work, except maybe Keyboard.setResizeMode('ionic');
