Errors on Macbook Pro OSX 10.10.4

Actions I tried:

Start from Launchpad (not working due to dev certificate issue), but works from Finder
Create a new project - ok
Add platform android - error message
Add platform ios - error message
Menu -> Help -> Report an issue - nothing happens
