I totally aggree, we need to get a full idea of what to do to share to the native rather than the browser version. and stuff like that.

Would you want the server side implementation of this too, or would something like Firebase suffice?

Well... when I think of ionic with facebook + social media integration, I think of logging in natively vs login in using browser. The rest of the stuff that Maligree is asking is already made using the sociogram example.
