fixes compile error while building with ionic 4 stable release

Hold PR for a while it's breaking build when running i'm investigating the issue will update asap.

Use @ionic-native/google-maps@beta for ionic 4, not master branch.

@wf9a5m75 Please publish plugin beta to stable as ionic 4 stable is released and https://ionicframework.com/docs/native has reference missing please add it back
