Publish tags for version 2.1.0 and 2.2.0 #200

I saw that two new versions of the plugin were released but the corresponding tags were not published. Could you create the tags and release them? Probably a gulp plugin to automate the release process coulee be useful here since this isn't the first time that this happens.

Done, thanks. You're right this should be automated as part of the release process.
