Created .podspec file to add ionic-plugin-keyboard like a http://cocoapods.org dependency.
This is usefull to use this plugin in a mixed native + cordova app. On this situation, the cordova app needs the IOS plugins.
For while, the podspec contains the branch [cocoapods-dependency] on s.source property. When this MR merged, please, tell me to update this property to the latest released tag
