fix(sw): update workbox import path #61

Any idea how this could be handled in the future? Manually updating this path every time workbox is updated is tedious.

Hey! Thanks a ton for the PR and sorry for not getting to this earlier, I have been focused on helping the team get ionic/angular v4 out. As this PR is out of date (which was my fault) I am going to close this for now, but thanks for the PR and feel free to contribute more in the future! Also, i am looking into ways to handle this better.
