Dark Mode for Ionic Docs #1602

It's burning my eyes every time I switch from Angular Docs to Ionic Docs xD

It would also be great to be able to switch the "Mobile Preview" from ligh to dark mode for every components of the Docs (in addition to the iOS/Android toggle) like you can do on the "Overview" page (https://ionicframework.com/docs)

Ionic docs have dark mode and the previews are displayed according to the selected theme
