bug: ionic views not rendering on iphone 7 plus #319

Platform: ios 7 browser

when on iPhone 7 plus mobile browser, when i logging in into my app its take me to a blank page and get stuck. I had to close the browser and reopen for it to work. Also seeing blank white area sometimes while typing into input fields.

Also, since this is Ionic v1, I am moving this to the v1 repo.

@ecotech-yashwant - It appears that starting on Monday, we will be looking at making iOS 11 and iPhone X adjustments to Ionic v1. If you can provide a sample application via GitHub that demonstrates the issues you are having, that would be very helpful in helping us to ensure those issues are addressed properly as part of this effort.
