scss folder missing in v1.3.5 on npm #338

Short description of the problem:

scss folder missing in latest version on npm

What behavior are you expecting?

To include the scss folder in the npm package

Steps to reproduce:

  1. npm i --save ionic-angular@1.x
  2. ls node_modules/ionic-angular
  3. No scss folder

Which Ionic Version? 1.x
