Fixing css on iPhone X. #364

Tabs on top was broken on iPhone X. Navbar with input was broken on iPhone X.

Fixes https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic/issues/13270.

Tabs on top and navbar with input on iPhone X.

Thanks for the PR. We don't have the bandwidth to test this for a merge, but if others in the community are able to test it we could work towards getting this merged. Anyone else have success with this? Thanks!
