Change log & new Project #391

Hi all,

Can someone please update the changelog for Ionic-v1. It seems v1.3.5 is available now and yet the changelog only shows till 1.3.3. Please update the related files too. Also when starting a new project the version available is still 1.3.4, not 1.3.5. Not sure why. Thanks.
