Animation flickering iOS 13.4.2 #1105

I'm submitting a ... (check one with "x") [ X ] bug report [ ] feature request

Current behavior: Since the latest update, on iOS 13.4.2 and on Safari (Version 13.1 (15609.1.20.111.8)), we see some flickering during the page transition, where the animation happens twice, feels glitchy.
