Ionic 5 white screen on iOS, works well inside Simulator

Current behavior:

App works well inside Simulator, but stucks with white screen on a physical device. There is no errors in Safari, as well as XCode.

Expected behavior:

App should work well in both cases.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create new Ionic 4 project

• Upgrade using recommended procedure: npm install @ionic/angular@latest @ionic/angular-toolkit@latest --save

• Build app for simulator and run (app works well) ionic cordova emulate ios --livereload --target $SIMULATOR_DEVICE_ID

• Build app for device (in development environment): ionic cordova build ios --device --release

• Deploy app, app will stuck on white screen
