Fixes 

[ ERROR ]  package.json error
           package.json "types" file does not exist:
           C:\Users\connexo\sites\test\dist\types\index.d.ts

error on Windows 7 as raised here https://github.com/ionic-team/stencil-component-starter/issues/47
