The readme.md is specific to this repo as a standalone project. It might be helpful to add a footnote that create-stencil can be used to automatically generate a stencil-component-starter - but the current setup steps probably shouldn't be removed

I'm sorry this PR took so long to get to. @briancodes is correct here, the instructions here are specific to using this repo as a standalone project/for development purposes. I'm going to close this PR, but wanted to thank you for taking the time to create this PR 🙂
