chore(dev-server): remove usage of `applyPolyfills` in dev server

What is the current behavior?

We are using applyPolyfills in our dev server which is not needed since we dropped support for IE.

What is the new behavior?

Remove using it. I don't consider this a breaking change since we officially deprecated IE. This has also no impact on the runtime.
