fix(hyrdate): support vdom annotation in nested dsd structures

What is the current behavior?

Currently Stencil fails to annotate elements within the shadow root properly.

When annotating elements, also walk through the shadow root.

Added an e2e test case from the community member which helped reproduce the problem.
