Source map support #884

Stencil version:

 @stencil/core@0.9.7

I'm submitting a: [x] feature request

Current behavior: Stencil doesn't currently generate source maps, which makes a number of development and production debugging workflows difficult or impossible.

This is a follow-up to https://github.com/ionic-team/stencil/issues/219. More use case info can be found there.

Expected behavior: It would be fantastic if Stencil could generate source maps during the build process!

Heads up, Stencil supports sourcemaps as of v2.9.0! https://stenciljs.com/docs/config#sourcemap
