Added comments to video page
Styled video page a bit
- Placeholder for playlist information when watching episodes
[x] Need to add season and episode information for episodes
[x] Need to hide playlist for movies

Do we want to add genre/actor information to this page?

I added the playlist to the right of the page. It is only visible for episodes. The current episode is highlighted and all episodes are listed regardless of season.

It may be beneficial in the future to only display the current season or add a scroll bar so the page doesn't grow too large.

there is a bug where multiple videos will play at the same time. probably something to do with turbolinks
