Hi all,

This release adds support for some F# 8 features:

• Add support for while!. #2977
• Fantomas does not support extended interpolated strings #3012

And has a few stylistic changes:

• Aligned bracket style in anonymous record is not respected. #2706 style guide
• Multi-line secondary constructor. #3037 style guide
• Style for empty class. #2976
