Adds logging info to sln parsing failure #161

We were missing some logging for solution file parsing

Looks like my issue with CI was related to 6.0.400. @baronfel already has this issue open here.

Nice find - happy to merge this, and we can investigate the 6.0.400 and up breakages here after.
