Guess who tried cracking with dotnet 8?

Describe the bug I tried running the tool over Fantomas.Core.fsproj.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Clone latest main of Fantomas
2. Restore src/Fantomas.Core/Fantomas.Core.fsproj
3. proj-info/src/Ionide.ProjInfo.Tool/bin/Debug/net6.0/Ionide.ProjInfo.Tool.exe --project C:\Users\nojaf\Projects\fantomas\src\Fantomas.Core\Fantomas.Core.fsproj

Expected behaviour Cracking as expected.
