Maybe we can rename internal to pkg? @cloudwebrtc as https://github.com/pion/mediadevices/tree/master/pkg

I just copied the file from https://github.com/pion/example-webrtc-applications/tree/master/internal. If gstreamer-sink needs to be called externally, I think we should rename it.
