:sparkles: add VNET ID field to machine CR

What is the purpose of this pull request/Why do we need it?

For internal purposes we need a way to provide a VNET ID for certain networks.

Description of changes:

• Adds the VNET ID field to the machine CR.
• VNET ID is passed in the additional networks during server creation.
