feat: add new fields for autoscaling group

What does this fix or implement?

Add new properties to VM Autoscaling Group NICs:

• firewallActive - bool
• firewallType - string enum
• flowlogs - NicFlowLog object
• firewallRules - list of NicFirewallRule
• targetGroup - TargetGroup Object ------- this parameter is used for linking the VM Autoscaling group to an ALB
