TMAP compiling error

I'm trying to compile and install TMAP 3.0.1 in Ubuntu 17.10. I typed the following commands:

git clone git://github.com/iontorrent/TMAP.git cd TMAP git submodule init git submodule update git checkout -b 3.0.1 tmap.3.0.1 git submodule update

When I type sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make I get the following error:

I have the same problem on Mint 19.1

Any fixes? Seems that this thread hasn't been touched in many years...
