RTMP Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component. #6

When I open a RTMP url ,it throw an Exception :"Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component. "And when I test a RTSP url it has no error but it alse doesn't work!! How can I solve this problem??
