Admin bar always visible - could we make a minimize button? #15

Hey,

Just a quick one, the admin bar is always visible unless you logout, sometimes this can interfere with previewing the page, it would be nice to have the menu bar minimize to the top left corner and provide a small button to show the bar again.

Does this sound feasible?

We had one once it would not be difficult to add this feature.
