Dataset Title

SPERA grab sample species dataset (2016-2017)

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

I am working with species presence/occurrence data from species identified in sediment grab samples in the Bay of Fundy in 2016 and 2017. We only have about 15 grab samples, with over 300 species reported. Not sure of how to begin with such a diversity of species records that could come from this.

Hi! I was asked by my supervisor to change the dataset I will be working on for the OBIS workshop (April 18 and 19), so please disregard this SPERA dataset. I will be using the one attached, which is a Brier Island (NS) Dive Survey reporting species abundance/occurrence data, verified by taxonomic identification of collected dive samples.

was this dataset ever published? Perhaps you we can work on it again at the 2025 workshop?
