Natural and Oil-enriched Prokaryotic Communities

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

I am working with data collected at several intertidal zones in the NW coast of the Iberian Peninsula. The natural seawater was exposed to crude-oil to obtain oil-enriched microbial communities. Seawater samples collected in situ, and samples collected after the enrichment with crude oil, were characterized for prokaryotic communities by using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing.
