Dataset Title

MARINe/PISCO: Intertidal MARINe Coastal Biodiversity Surveys

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

Some preliminary code has been written to convert the raw data to DwC standards by my predecessor and I aim to pick that work up. I have little experience converting data to DwC so am keen to get some hands on practice.

Very excited to be involved with this!

The datasets I am hoping to use are separate MARINe datasets which have not yet been converted to Darwin Core or submitted to OBIS. The ones that have been submitted to OBIS are their long-term monitoring datasets, but these new ones are their "coastal biodiversity surveys".
